    “ Drip, Drizzle and Splash II”, is the theme of the first show in 2018. Leah Price, curator for the gallery wall at the Cabaret Theater for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, will select works and awards for this show, which will feature art expressions of new beginnings and the way our weather and environment makes this happen.

    Zoning Hearing Boards are mandated by the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. Their major roles are, first, to provide a legal mechanism for considering appeals from property owners seeking variances from zoning requirements, and second, as a way to challenge the validity of land use determinations. The Zoning Hearing Board meets on an as-needed basis.

  2. Group Barbell - 9:20 AM

    March 19, 2018, 9:20 AM - 10:20 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    Group Barbell – You will still sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight (not super low, but lower than an Olympic weight lifter!!) and high repetitions. The class is choreographed to great music and, with great instructors inspiring you, you can’t go wrong! Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated! This has been proven to be one of the quickest ways to get in shape. New students may want to check out the Group Barbell Elements class. Everyone who is 40 plus needs to lift weights. Why? It increases lean muscle mass, increases bone mineral density, increases metabolism, burns fat and so much more. Remember, as you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. Who needs that?

    For grades 6th-12th. We meet twice a month typically every other Monday from 4:00-5:00 PM. Be an important part of your community by helping to plan and run library events for kids and teens! Teen Advisory Board members also give Ms. Janae their input for new books, DVDs, CDs, and magazines to purchase for the library. Teens receive volunteer hours for all TAB events. No registration required.

    This program provides the foundation of basic behaviors for puppies to learn good manners. Training is a critical component for nurturing a healthy human-animal relationship and creating a socially compatible pet. If your dog is your precious companion and an important member of your family, you should pursue training for your furry companions. We cover basic behaviors: sit, down, stay, watch, leave-it, come, and leash-walking. Requirements: Age 5-12 months. Bring a flat, quick release or buckle collar (no prong or harness collars); 6-foot leash (no retractable leash); and plenty to training treats.

  3. Cranberry Rotary Dog Park improvements get underway

    March 12, 2018 - April 14, 2018 @ Community Park

    Preparations for installing new solid surfaces at the entrances to both the upper and lower large dog park areas, as well as a new pavilion, are about to get underway. Throughout construction, which will take at least a month, the dog park will remain open. Sign boards will direct dog owners to areas of the park away from the construction work.
