    June 18, 2018 - August 24, 2018

    Cranberry’s annual fire hydrant and distribution system flushing program gets underway on Mon., June 18, and continues for ten weeks. It is a routine maintenance operation designed to flush sediment from the water system, check fire hydrant operation, and test chlorine levels in the water lines throughout the Township. Flushing is conducted Mon. - Fri. between 7 am and 4:00 pm. Discolored water and fluctuations in water pressure are normal during flushing.  Refrain from doing laundry when your neighborhood lines are being flushed. i

  2. Group Barbell - 9:20 AM

    Group Barbell – You will still sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight (not super low, but lower than an Olympic weight lifter!!) and high repetitions. The class is choreographed to great music and, with great instructors inspiring you, you can’t go wrong! Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated! This has been proven to be one of the quickest ways to get in shape. New students may want to check out the Group Barbell Elements class. Everyone who is 40 plus needs to lift weights. Why? It increases lean muscle mass, increases bone mineral density, increases metabolism, burns fat and so much more. Remember, as you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. Who needs that?

    Training provides your dog the necessary skills to be a good canine citizen and is critical to a socially compatible pet and nurturing a healthy human-animal relationship. If your dog is your precious companion and an important member of your family, you should pursue training for your furry companions. Using positive reinforcement methods, this class will teach and explain how to strengthen the basic elements - sit, down, stay, watch, leave-it, come, and heel. Depending on class progression, other manners may also be discussed. Requirements: Age 12 months or older. Bring a flat, quick release or buckle collar (no prong or harness collars); 6-foot leash (no retractable leash); and plenty to training treats.
