Have you heard of the term plant-based but feel too uninformed or overwhelmed to give it a try? Join us for a 45 minute workshop, where you'll learn the basic principles of a plant-centered approach to eating, and how it could work for you. Presented by Sarah Kaminski, who has 10+ years in the field of Health and Wellness as an educator, Certified Health & Life Coach, Pilates Instructor and Plant-Based Recipe Developer through The Veg Out Project.
