Want a big calorie burn, but need low-impact movement? We will be alternating between easy-to-follow low impact cardio that will burn lots of calories and Core moves to tighten and tone the mid-section. Class will approximate the following:
Warm-up - 5 minutes, Low Impact Cardio (LIC) - 15 minutes, Core 15 min. (most of it standing and using weights), LIC 10 minutes, Core - 10 minutes - CD - 5 Min.
