An oversize menorah is being installed in front of the Cranberry Township Municipal Center to mark the eight-day observance of Hanukkah, beginning Tuesday, November 26. A festive public lighting of the electrified candelabra, complete with music, entertainment, refreshments and gifts for children, will be held at 6:30 on Wednesday, December 4 – the final night of Hanukkah. All are welcome. The nine-foot tall menorah, along with the gifts, beverages, and traditional Jewish foods, is being provided by the Chabad Fox Chapel Jewish Center in conjunction with Cranberry Township and the Cranberry Jewish Community Association.
