Applications to modify the development phases initially proposed by the developers of Park Place and the Links of Cranberry, along with associated changes in the numbers of units to be constructed, were approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its December 11 meeting. Applications for revisions associated with modifications to a Master Plan for the 195-acre Park Place traditional neighborhood development, which had been under revision for more than a year, received final approval. Creative Real Estate Company’s revised master plan will raise the number of residential units in Park Place from 773 to 884 along a modified internal roadway system. The updated Master Plan includes a trail to Graham Park from The Crossings neighborhood, as well as the long-anticipated road connection from Park Place to Graham Park. Phase 1 of the Links of Cranberry Development, which was also approved, now includes 24 acres along Freshcorn and Glen Eden Roads with a total of 83 residential dwelling units: 37 single family detached units and 46 townhouse units.
