Two residential parcels adjacent to several much larger commercially zoned properties owned by the CDM Equity Group, LLC, may be rezoned to enable the developer’s Master Plan to move forward on the combined properties which extend from Hillmont Drive – the newly built access road from Franklin Rd. to North Catholic High School – south to Rt. 228. CDM currently has both of the residential properties under a sales agreement. Preliminary discussions of development plans have included retail, banking, and convenience stores, as well as residential apartments. Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted final public comments on the developer’s request at their May 29 meeting. The Board will consider final action on the request on June 24.
