On Saturday November 8, the Cranberry Township Emergency Medical Service will provide free CPR training at the Municipal Center Town Square area from 10 AM to 2 PM. The CPR training is the American Heart Association’s five-minute Hands Only course.
The session teaches participants to recognize symptoms, to call 911 for help, and to start chest compressions until the EMS arrives. It is part of a national initiative to train as many people as possible in CPR to increase survival rates for out of hospital sudden cardiac arrest.
There is no fee for the training and all participants will receive a certificate of completion for attending.
No appointment is required.
