Four adjacent and largely undeveloped parcels of land totaling 56.2 acres on the north side of Rochester Road at Cranberry’s Beaver County boundary line are now a step closer to becoming the site for a new planned residential development following approval of a zoning change by the Township’s Board of Supervisors. At its meeting on December 3, the Board approved a request from the Blackstone family to consolidate and re-designate their parcels, which were previously zoned R-1, Rural Residential, to R-2, Single Family Residential. The change will enable the combined properties to be developed as a PRD neighborhood of 110 homes under the name Traditions of America.
