A final land development application for two more residential phases of the Park Place neighborhood project received final approval from Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its December 7 meeting. The two combined phases will add 41 single family homes and 54 townhouse units to the development. At the same meeting, the Board also approved lot line revisions for a separate part of the project. The approvals are the last Board actions required before building permits can be issued for the two phases of Park Place. While no timetable has been presented, construction of the new homes is expected to get underway by next spring.
