May we have food delivered to the Waterpark?: We hope you will enjoy our C.T.'s Snack Shack, our concession stand. However, if you choose to have food delivered, you must eat at the playground tables.

1. How do you announce Cancellations?: Receive cancellation information via email or text message by subscribing to Cranberry Connect. Cranberry Connect

2. Are Rain Checks available?: Rain checks are issued if the Waterpark is closed due to inclement weather before 5 pm. No rainchecks are issued after 5 pm.

3. How do we add an Aide to our membership?: If the family requires a professional aide for a family member we will issue an Aide Card that remains with the family. Please call our Customer Service Center for information. 724-779-4FUN (4386) ext. 1129

4. Can we have one or more Nannys or Babysitters on our Membership?: Each Nanny or Babysitter is charged in conjunction with a resident season pass and in conjunction with a non-resident season pass. All passes are non-transferable.

5. Is the Waterpark available for private event rentals?: Yes. Please call 724-779-4FUN (4386) ext. 1195 for information and we will help you plan a terrific event. We request a minimum two week notice.

6. What is the ratio of instructors to participants in the Learn to Swim programs?: The instructor/student ration is one instructor for every 6 students for Levels 1-3; and one instructor for every 8 students in Levels 4 and up.

7. May we have food delivered to the Waterpark?: We hope you will enjoy our C.T.'s Snack Shack, our concession stand. However, if you choose to have food delivered, you must eat at the playground tables.

8. May we bring our own food and drinks into the Waterpark?: You may bring food and drinks from home if they can fit into a lunchbox-size cooler.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the pool.

9. May parents (who are not swimming) stay for Parties?: Yes! Parents of party-goers are permitted to stay in the Waterpark during the party.
However, if you plan to swim, and you are not a member, you will be asked to pay the additional person fee. Admission is valid for the entire day.

10. What is the refund policy regarding Parties?: If a participant withdraws or cancels seven or more days before the party, a refund will be issued. A $5.00 processing fee will be charged.

If the participant withdraws or cancels between 48 hours and seven days prior to the party, a credit will be placed on the family account.

If the Waterpark is closed due to weather, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date may be reserved.

11. May we bring our own cake to the Party?: Yes, you may bring your own birthday cake. A dessert package is available through the Concession stand. Pre-order is required.

12. May we have more than 15 Party guests?: The number of Party guests may be more than 15, however additional person charge will apply to each person over the 15 guests included.
