    As you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. This class will help burn fat and increase lean muscle mass, bone mineral density and metabolism. You will sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight and high repetitions or high weight and low reps using all kinds of equipment which is sanitized afterwards. All fitness levels will be accommodated. Bring a mat. Space limited. Wear mask into building but not required to exercise. 18+. 14-17 with paying parent or caregiver.   2. Pavilion Chair Yoga - 10:30 AM

    Just for this week class is on Thursday - back to Friday next week! This class is designed to use the picnic tables in the shelter, however feel free to BYOC! You thought indoor chair yoga was great? Wait until you try it outside - the warm sun, the birds singing, a light breeze - you may not want to go back inside! We will not be on the ground for this class and shoes may be worn (if they are not, please bring a mat to stand on). A cushion or blanket might be nice to sit on.     All over strength training and cardio including the core. We will be using body weight, bands with handles, kettlebells and barbells. All levels. All equipment will be cleaned before and after class. Bring a mat. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Michelle Jones
