  1. Virtual HOA Neighborhood Forum

    October 12, 2020, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM @ Council Chambers

    The Forum serves as an opportunity for appointed representatives of the Homeowner Associations (HOA) within Cranberry Township to meet and discuss common issues and concerns, and to learn what is happening in the Township. Forum meetings are led by a HOA representative. A Township staff member attends to participate and facilitate the discussion. For virtual meeting information, please call 724-776-4806 X1103.

  1. Group Barbell - 8:45 AM

    October 12, 2020, 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    You will still sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight (not super low, but lower than an Olympic weight lifter!!) and high repetitions. Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated! This has been proven to be one of the quickest ways to get in shape. New students may want to check out a Strength Training basics class beforehand but not required. Remember, as you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. Weight Lifting increases lean muscle mass, increases bone mineral density, increases metabolism, burns fat and so much more.

  2. Muscles and Mobility (M&M) - 10:00 AM

    Join us in the fitness studio for a class that all about helping you move better, with less pain and/or more intelligence. We will focus on different body parts and you will find different movement patterns that may help you to correct an issue that has arisen due to overuse (doing something over and over), misuse (doing something over and over the wrong way) and abuse (maybe you fell recently or even a long time ago). Bring a mat and if you have your own block, strap (could be a belt or scarf), and/or set of TuneUp balls please bring those too. If not, no worries! Instructor: Nancy Triscuit
