  1. Group Barbell - 9:00 AM (#9959 and #9960)

    July 16, 2020, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    As you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. This class will help burn fat and increase lean muscle mass, bone mineral density and metabolism. You will sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight and high repetitions. Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated. Bring a mat. Space limited. Wear mask into building but not required to exercise. 18+. 14-17 with paying parent or caregiver.     The class you've been waiting for! All over strength training, including the core. We will be using body weight, bands with handles to begin and work our way up to Barbell. All equipment will be cleaned before and after class. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Michelle Jones
