  1. Hatha Yoga - 9:45 AM (#9965)

    July 28, 2020, 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of Yoga. It differs from Vinyasa mainly due to the pacing of the class. Vinyasa moves at a faster pace and Hatha is done more slowly and the poses are held for longer. Hatha also allows for more stretching. Please bring a mat, a blanket and a block or two if you have them. Wear a mask into the building, but it is not required to exercise. 18+ (14-17 with paying parent/caregiver) Location: Venango trail Fitness Studio in the Municipal Building Instructor: Becca Russano

  2. Zumba Toning - 5:30 PM

    She's back! The wonderful Dana brings her enthusiasm back to the best of both worlds - Zumba and Toning! Dana is selling the sticks at $15/pair as there will no longer be sharing - you can have your own set to use. This class will continue but this is a great chance to check it out. Bring some soup cans or water bottles if you don't want to buy the sticks! 18+ (14-17 with paid parent or guardian) Instructor: Dana Mikula

  3. Gentle Yoga - 6:30 PM

    July 28, 2020, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Grange Hall (Senior Center)

    This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes. Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, a blanket and blocks if you have them. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent/caregiver) Wear a mask into the building but not required to exercise. Space limited.
