  1. Group Barbell - 9:00 AM

    July 30, 2020, 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM @ Venango Trail / Fitness Center

    As you age, you lose muscle mass, increase fat mass, your bones get brittle. This class will help burn fat and increase lean muscle mass, bone mineral density and metabolism. You will sculpt and strengthen your entire body by using low weight and high repetitions. Participants may use a barbell, dumbbells or no weight at all. All fitness levels will be accommodated. Bring a mat. Space limited. Wear mask into building but not required to exercise. 18+. 14-17 with paying parent or caregiver.   2. Stick Yoga - 10:30 AM

    All you need to do is unscrew your broom or mop handle and you have the prop you need for this class. You will be doing traditional yoga in a non-traditional way! 18+ (14-17 with paying parent/guardian) Wear a mask into the building but not required to exercise. Space limited.     Move with the breath through this moderately paced Yoga class. Some prior knowledge of Yoga is helpful but not required. Bring your own mat.
