Low Impact CardioCore - 8:00 AM2020-09-29T08:00:00MOVING TO 8:30 NEXT WEEK! Want a big calorie burn, but need low-impact movement? We will be alternating between easy-to-follow low impact cardio that will burn lots of calories and Core moves to tighten and tone the mid-section. Class will approximate the following:
Warm-up - 5 minutes, Low Impact Cardio (LIC) - 15 minutes, Core 15 min. (most of it standing and using weights), LIC 10 minutes, Core - 10 minutes - CD - 5 Min.

Gentle Yoga - 5:30 PM2020-09-29T17:30:00This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome in these classes. Practitioners with limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required. Please bring a mat, a blanket and blocks if you have them. 18+ (14-17 with paid parent/caregiver) Wear a mask into the building but not required to exercise. Space limited. Instructor: Dana Stelitano
