2023 Slow Down Campaign

The campaign coincides with the end of the Seneca Valley School District academic year. Thanks to the Cranberry Township Police for their efforts during the Slow Down campaign and throughout the year. Program costs are underwritten by the Cranberry Township Community Chest, RJ Community Management, Acri Community Realty, and Cranberry Township.

Juneteenth

Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African Americans. Deriving its name from combining "June" and "nineteenth", it is celebrated on the anniversary of the order, issued by Major General Gordon Granger on June 19, 1865, proclaiming freedom for slaves in Texas.
