Clear Snow From Fire Hydrants

Please clear snow and ice from any fire hydrant near your home or business. Please clear at least 3 feet around the hydrant and make sure it’s visible from the street.

During an emergency, every second counts. Hydrants buried in snow can delay firefighters’ access to water and slow critical response efforts when lives and property are at risk.

Your help makes a real difference and allows firefighters to focus on protecting our community, and not digging through snow.
