Stephan Davis, the principal of Mansfield Capital LLC, has plans to build an 11,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building on a 1.4-acre property at the corner of Franklin Road and Rt. 228. At its meeting on February 23, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted testimony about the project, to be called Franklin Square, during a hearing on the developer’s conditional use application. No tenants have been identified as yet, but the building could be partitioned to accommodate multiple retailers. Streetscape enhancements along the project’s road frontage are included in the plan. The same developer previously built the building that houses Moe’s Southwest Grill nearby. The Franklin Square building would have a similar style.
