The Kids Club Program offers a great solution for working parents. We offer a Before School Care program and an After-School Care program. These programs offer fun supervised activities along with homework time if needed. Registration for the Kids Club programs must be done in person or over the phone. “Alternative Stop Location Request” must be approved by Seneca Valley School District Transportation Department prior to the start of the program.
Students must bring snacks, pencil box / bag with markers, pencils, erasers, colored pencils, glue bottle, crayons, and highlighters.
Before School Care 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Resident Fee - $16.00/day Non-Resident Fee - $18.50/day 20% discount for 5 days/week/program 15% discount for 4 days/week/program 10% discount for 3 days/week/program
After School Care 3:45 PM - 6:00 PM Resident Fee - $16.00/day Non-Resident Fee - $18.50/day 20% discount for 5 days/week/program 15% discount for 4 days/week/program 10% discount for 3 days/week/program
All participants will be charged a onetime $50 nonrefundable registration fee.
August/September tuition will be due at time of registration.
Payment Plan for monthly tuition will be set up for remainder of the school year.
Payment due 14 days before the 1st of the month.
Credit card must be attached to the payment plan for automatic charges.
Next payment will be due 14 days prior to October 1.
Full payment schedule will be attached to your receipt on initial sign up.
A $35 late fee will be accessed on any declined credit card payment 5 days after due date.
Failure to pay tuition by the start of the month will result in removing the participant from the program.
A $25 transfer fee will be charged for any changes requested by email less than one month in advance.
