Last year, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors authorized $50,000 for the replacement of 32 nine-year old mobile and portable radios this year. But Township staff members were later able to identify manufacturer incentives which could bring the purchase price down to just under $37,000. At its March 27 meeting, the Board ratified the purchase of new radio equipment at the lower price.
