Pam Cook, owner of PF Cook Brick Company, Inc. on Ehrman Road, has proposed re-designating three acres of her company’s property currently zoned I-L or Industrial Light, to R-1 Residential. The change would enable the wooded site, which is adjacent to several other residentially zoned properties in a part of the Township that has grown increasingly residential, to accommodate a private home. At its May 1 meeting, in keeping with state requirements, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors will be asked to authorize advertising the change and then consider it for adoption on June 5.
