The former tenant conference room in the Municipal Center’s front corridor, next to the offices of various elected officials and the Chamber of Commerce, has been re-purposed. At its June 23 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved a five-year lease of the 250 square foot room to the Cranberry Township Historical Society for use as a museum with interactive and historical displays for education and fundraising. Use of the room, which includes the building’s basic utilities, is being made available to the Society rent-free.
