A land development application for two buildings on a 16.5-acre
site along Thorn Hill Road, to be known as the Heights at Thorn Hill, was approvedby Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its meeting on March 1. The buildings – one a 60,000 square foot
distribution warehouse and the other a 75,000 square foot, three-story office structure– are projects of the Elmhurst Group, which was previously behind a pair of
industrial buildings along Commonwealth Drive and an office building atCranberry Crossroads as well as several residential developments.
