It won’t be back to square one for the developers of Ehrman Square, as the mixed retail, office, and warehouse space project gained approval.
The two separate parcels combine to account for 17.08 acres, on which four buildings totaling 132,490 square foot will be built.
Built over the course of two phases, the project features flex office buildings with parking and loading areas, as well as an 8,900 square foot single-retail use building.
Three of the four buildings within the project were granted approval by the Board of Supervisors at their October 28 meeting. Approval followed a public hearing on the matter. Additional future approval is needed for the fourth building within the development.
