A proposed residential complex aims to expand residential living options at the intersection of Route 10 and North Boundary Road.
The Boundary Lofts Planned Residential Development is up for consideration at the March 3 Board of Supervisors meeting.
A public hearing for the one-phase, two-building complex was held during the February 24 Board of Supervisors meeting. The development would bring 68 apartment-style units to a 7.36-acre space on the corner of Route 19 and North Boundary Road.
In addition to maintaining a large portion of green space, the development will bring streetscape enhancements to North Boundary Road.
