The Board of Supervisors on July 31 authorized a temporary road closure at the Rolling Road/Greenwood Drive intersection to replace a section of waterline.
The closure is expected to begin Monday, August 11, and last through Friday, August 15. The detour for Rolling Road will utilize Sun Valley Drive, Greenwood Drive Extension, and Bucks Road. Greenwood Drive will be closed to through traffic.
Phase 3 of the Sun Valley Waterline Replacement Project includes installing 8 inches of waterline on Rolling Road between Freedom Road and Cameron Drive.
