A proposal at Park Place could make a splash in the neighborhood.
The Board of Supervisors at the November 6 meeting approved land development revisions to the Community Center at Park Place to include two pools, including one kids’ pool. Parking lot expansion is also included.
The existing Community Center consists of a clubhouse, pool, and a 15-space parking lot.
