[ARCHIVED] Living side by side with native wildlife

Wild animals, such as coyotes, raccoons, deer, and even black bears, are a neighborhood issue. Please communicate with your neighbors and HOA.

* Sightings are more common due to the time of year and adults taking care of young.
* All animals should be left alone. Do not approach or touch, and definitely do not feed. If they are left alone, they will leave you alone.
* Keep trash cans secured. Do not leave pet food outdoors. Clean the barbecue grill after each use.
* If an animal acts in a threatening or unusual manner call 9-1-1
