Cranberry Township’s series of informal Coffee and Conversation gatherings with Township Manager Jerry Andree continues on Thursday, September 12 at 10:00 AM at the Brush Creek wastewater treatment plant on Powell Road. The plant, which is scheduled for a major upgrade over the next few years, processes more than 3.5 million gallons of wastewater a day from customers in Cranberry and Marshall.
The community-based Coffee and Conversation series, which is held monthly at different sites throughout the Township, provides local residents with an opportunity to hear first-hand what municipal government is thinking about doing, what it’s working on now, and what it has recently completed, as well as to pose their own questions to the Manager.
Due to the reconstruction of Powell Road’s Brush Creek bridge, immediately to the west of the plant, visitors should follow the marked detour and approach the facility from the east side, via Glen Eden Road.
There is no charge to attend and reservations are not required. However, an RSVP for planning purposes at 724-776-4806 will be appreciated.
