A glitch involving the route of a sidewalk in front of the proposed new Enterprise Rent-a-Car building on Rt. 19 has now been resolved. As a result, the company’s application to build a single-story 7,000 square foot structure on the east side of the highway on a lot adjacent to Tractor Supply Company will be in line for final Board action on October 3. On September 26, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted testimony and then closed public hearing on the Conditional Use application for the project, which will be situated on a currently undeveloped four-acre lot. Once the building is constructed, the company plans to continue its rental operation on Dutilh Road.
