Applications for preliminary land development, conditional use, and related lot line revisions associated with modifications to a Master Plan for the 195-acre Park Place traditional neighborhood development, which had been under revision for more than a year, was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its November 7 meeting. Creative Real Estate Company’s revised master plan would raise the number of residential units in Park Place from 773 to 884 along a modified internal roadway system. An enhanced design for townhouses in one portion of the 12-phase plan would have the homes facing onto a grassy mall rather than onto streets – an amenity also shared by a number of single-family homes in the plan. The updated Master Plan includes a trail to Graham Park from The Crossings neighborhood, as well as the long-anticipated road connection from Park Place to Graham Park.
