Two residential parcels adjacent to several much larger commercially zoned properties owned by the CDM Equity Group, LLC, have been rezoned to enable the developer’s Master Plan to move forward on the combined properties which extend from Hillmont Drive – the newly built access road from Franklin Rd. to North Catholic High School – south to Rt. 228. CDM has had both properties under a sales agreement for some time. Preliminary discussions of development plans have included retail, banking, and convenience stores, as well as residential apartments. Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors gave final approval to the developer’s request at their June 24 meeting.
