New roads and road segments built in association with the Park Place, BelleVue Park, and Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School development projects have been accepted by the Township as public streets. In a resolution adopted at its December 11 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted 1.19 miles of roads valued at $1.8 million, agreeing to maintain them for public use in keeping with previously approved land subdivision plans. As a condition of acceptance, the developers were required to post an 18-month maintenance bond approved by the Township.
