At its meeting on February 2, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved an application from Brett Schultz, of Weaver Master Builders, to develop a 72-lot Planned Residential Development on a 51-acre Darlington Road site touching Cranberry’s border with Beaver County. Plans for the Glen at Woodside consist entirely of single-family detached homes, including a number of one-story patio houses to be built by Weaver Master Builders with the remaining homes constructed by Charter Homes. The entire development, which will connect to neighboring Orchard Park and nearby BlueRidge Estates with pedestrian trails, is planned to be built in a single phase starting this spring. Schematics of the development include two cul-de-sacs, including one oversize loop with a park feature built into its center.
