A two-story, 10,295 square foot structure featuring an office suite with a balcony above a bakery with a drive-thru colonnade and outdoor seating, originally proposed for an empty lot at the western end of restaurant row on Longtree Way, has now been given the green light to build instead at the eastern end of the street. A revision of the Master Plan for Village of Cranberry Woods to incorporate the structure was approved by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its June 23 meeting. The building, which will occupy a 3.3-acre site in the 57-acre development, is part of Madison Partners’ single-phase project which includes, in addition to the bakery-office, a large retail facility, a 361-room hotel and 300 residential units.
