A two-phase project adding more than 20,000 square feet of building space to the popular Fun Fore All recreational business on Progress Avenue at Rt. 19, was given the okay by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors following a public hearing on July 30. Phase I of the project will be a 4,000 square foot building, expected to begin construction this fall. Timing of the much larger Phase II has not yet been set. The planned additions involve no changes to either its property lines or to its current on-site parking, although its plans call for enhancements along the property on both Rt. 19 and Progress. The space required for Phase II may involve eliminating one of the site’s current attractions. Apart from new restroom facilities, the facility owners have not made a final determination about the recreational uses the new building would contain.
