Four adjacent and largely undeveloped parcels of land totaling 56.2 acres on the north side of Rochester Road at Cranberry’s Beaver County boundary line could become the site for a new planned residential development with approval from the Township’s Board of Supervisors. At its meeting on October 29, the Board accepted testimony about the Blackstone family’s request to consolidate their parcels, which are currently zoned R-1, Rural Residential, to R-2, Single Family Residential. The change would enable the combined properties to be developed as a PRD neighborhood of 110 homes under the name Traditions of America. On November 19, the Board agreed to consider final action on the request at its December 3 meeting. For more details, contact Ron Henshaw, Director, Planning & Development
