Jerry A. Andree was unanimously reappointed to the post of Cranberry Township Manager for 2016 by the Township’s Board of Supervisors at its January 4 meeting. Andree, who has been the Township’s Manager and Secretary since 1991, has seen Cranberry’s population more than double and its employment quadruple since his initial appointment. Over the years, Andree, a native of Hempfield, Westmoreland County, has had his work honored by numerous regional, state and national organizations. Under guidance from the Board, he is credited with leading the Township’s growth in healthy directions, creating a model of municipal governance for the region.
