Developers of Cranberry Springs presented a plan to add a 6,500 square foot Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to the 4.3 acre Phase 1 of the project’s 90-acre site at a February 25 hearing before Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors. Their testimony was part of an application seeking Conditional Use, Revised Preliminary, and Revised Final Master Plan approval for the subdivision. Another 7,500 square foot restaurant is also proposed for a different lot on the site, but its operator has not yet been identified. A separate part of Phase 1 would involve an 18,000 square foot multi-tenant building which would house offices, a bakery, a smaller restaurant, and two retail shops. Following the hearing, Cranberry’s Board agreed to consider action on the application at its March 3 meeting. For more information, contact Ron Henshaw, Director, Community Development
