GHB Capital, the developer of Phase II of the Village of Cranberry Woods on a 57 acre site bounded by Franklin Road, Longtree Way and Cranberry Woods Drive, has received approval from Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors for its revised plan calling for a larger apartment building to anchor its multipurpose development. The updated structure will have a larger footprint, a bigger pool, and an alternate parking garage access to accommodate 15 additional apartment units. The revised plan also calls for adding larger walls than those previously approved for retaining a nearby embankment. The development includes a mix of townhomes, retail, restaurants, hotel and office space, as well as apartments. No timeline has been given for construction of the project.
