A second phase of the 57-acre Village of Cranberry Woods development bounded by Franklin and Longtree roads, received approval from the Township’s Board of Supervisors on May 5 to add a 7,800 square foot event center on the site where an unnamed 11,000 square foot restaurant had originally been contemplated. In addition to reducing the building size, the change in plans will also alter the associated parking configuration as well as the facility’s intended use. Including the Cranberry site, Noah’s event venues, operate in 35 different locations in 22 states. Their facilities are designed to accommodate weddings, corporate events and social gatherings. The company’s venues, which rely on local caterers for food service, do not include kitchens, but do offer tables, chairs, tablecloths, audiovisual equipment, setup and cleanup for private events.
