Preliminary plans for Eagle Ridge – an upscale residential neighborhood of 22 single-family homes on an undeveloped 25-acre site along Old Ehrman Road – was given thumbs up by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors on June 30 following a public hearing on the proposed development. The Board’s approval, which applies to the developer’s tentative plan, is separate from the Board’s final plan approval, which is still pending. Developing and reviewing the project’s final plans, which will detail the its engineering, landscape and utility design, normally takes about three months.
