A decision by the developer of The Village of Cranberry Woods late last year to avoid building a massive retaining wall along its eastern edge has had a ripple effect on the project. At its January 26 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors considered a series of changes to the plan with the goal of bringing its permits into line with changes on the ground resulting from the retaining wall decision. Those changes included new roadway easements, new infrastructure rights of way and building relocations, as well as a new dental office. Final Board action on the proposed changes is scheduled for February 2. For more information, contact Planning and Development Services Director Ron Henshaw at ron.henshaw@cranberrytownship.org.
