The currently undeveloped area between the old Auction Barn and Executive Drive along Brandt Drive is poised to become one of Cranberry’s newest neighborhoods. At its March 2 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors approved the developer’s tentative PRD plan. The project, involving six buildings, five of which include ground-level parking with four stories of apartment units above, includes a courtyard clubhouse community center, an outdoor pool, a trail system, sidewalks, and the Township’s first protected bike lane. The plan also includes finishing Brandt Drive through to Thomson Park/Executive Drive, where a mini-roundabout would be installed.
