Here in Cranberry Township we'll see a partial eclipse from around 1:00 - 4:00 PM. The moon will pass in front of the sun with its peak eclipse of 80% blockage at 2:35 PM.
During the eclipse, the Township is running business as usual. Highlights around the Township include a live stream of the event on the TVs in the Cranberry Public Library, and the campers at Camp Cranberry have tons of fun activities planned to educate the kids about the solar eclipse. For more information about the eclipse, check out NASA's website, which includes information about live-streaming the event if you can't see it in person!
