On October 26, final land development plans for the Village of Cranberry Woods complex including a four story, 183-unit senior living center were queued up for final action by Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors at its November 2 meeting. As a continuing care community, it will provide multiple levels of service including independent living, assisted living, dementia care and skilled nursing – all on the same campus. The facility, which includes 141 parking spaces, is part of an extensive group of properties around the country that include more than 1,121 retirement communities offering a variety of programs and services. Formation Development Group, the parent company of the Solana community network, employs approximately 82,000 workers.
