For years, Knockout Development – the working name that Don Rogers’ Creative Real Estate Company uses for its restaurant row on Longtree Way near the Westinghouse site – included one last parcel of undeveloped land. Situated between the Patron’s and Olive Garden restaurants, the unused one-acre site mostly faces Longtree Way, but it also includes narrow frontage on Rt. 228, which would become its official address. At its May 31 meeting, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors accepted public comment on the developer’s plan to construct a 7,680 square foot building which could become the home to as many as four separate retail tenants. Final consideration of the project’s conditional use application will be given at the Board’s June 7 meeting.
