Office space is at a premium in the administrative areas of the Cranberry Municipal Center. But is there really an alternative to building an expensive new annex? To find out, Cranberry’s Board of Supervisors agreed at its August 30 meeting to consider approving an agreement on September 6 with the Jones Lang LaSalle commercial real estate agency. Working as a consultant to the Township, JLL would perform a comprehensive review of how the current administrative space is being used and recommend how greater efficiencies as well as better collaboration can be achieved within the same space.
